Requirements :
- Regularly review achievement sales versus target.
- Develop salesman/salesgirls to deliver sales achievement within the area.
- Develop area business.
- Area Sales Achievement
- Monitor business plan
- Coaching to salesman/salesgirls for developing their competencies ability
- Consult to on poor performance.
- Provide team training
- Maintain relationship with key customers
- Monitor stock at level distributor
- Updated customer database and target segmentation.
- Monitored to deliver promotional messages within approved marketing strategy.
- Experience in working for a pharmaceutical company as Supervisor or Area Manager.
- D3 / S1 preferably majoring in sciences / health (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, nursing, medicine, and so on)
- Min, GPA 2,75
- Interested in working as coach, good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Strong Leadership
- Solid in English passive dan active (oral & writting)
